The staff will confirm you booking form in one work day. The booking form will come into effect once you remit the prepayment money to the appointed account.
3. What are the valid certificates of the ticket receiver?
    The name of the ticket receiver is that of the visitor who comes to receive a ticket at the scenic area online booking window after his/her booking. He/She must hold one of the following certificates: ID Card, Officer Certificate, Police Sergeant Certificate, Passport, Reentry Permit of Taiwan Residents, ID Card of Hong Kong and Macau Residents. The other certificates are invalid. If the tickets you booked include preferential tickets, your preferential certificates such as Officer Certificate, Police Sergeant Certificate, Elder Certificate, Student Certificate or Handicapped Certificate are also needed.
4. If the ticket receiver cannot go to the scenic area, is his or her certificate still valid?
    If the ticket receiver cannot go to the scenic area at the corresponding time and the other visitor holds his certificate, we still regard the certificate valid. The ticket receiver can also contact the staff at the scenic area before the arrival of other visitors to modify the information of the ticket receiver.
5. Will a tourist suffer loss of countermand after he or she books the ticket?
    If you cannot visit the scenic area after you submit the booking form and remit the prepayment, the countermand will not cause any loss. After the staff deducts the bank handling charge, the surplus will be remitted to your allocated account.
